Kosice Biennial
Inspired by the work and ideas of the artist Gyula Kosice, the biennial takes place since 2010. Its goal is to stimulate the development of art and technology projects. BIM - Bienal de la Imagen en Movimiento
The Biennial of the Moving Image is an initiative of Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero (UNTREF), to encourage the development and dissemination of audiovisual arts. International program of film and video, conferences and workshops. The biennial awards the Prize Norberto Griffa to Latin American Audio Visual Creation.

Encuentros Abiertos - Festival de la Luz
International biennial event for the promotion of photography in Argentina. Organizer: Fundación Luz Austral. General direction: Elda Harrington. Exhibitions, conferences, workshops and actions in museums and art spaces in Buenos Aires and other cities.

Gallery Nights
Free cultural tour initiated in 2001. Takes place on a monthly basis from April to December in Buenos Aires (Barrio Norte, Retiro and Palermo quarters).

La Noche de los Museos - The Night of the Museums
Originated in 2004 in the frame of the Dialogues Berlín-Buenos Aires, the event is organized annually in the month of November. About 180 museums and art spaces open to the public at night, from 8 pm - 3 am, offering activities both in their facilities and on the streets. In 2012 it brought together approx. 750.000 people.

La Semana del Arte - The Week of Arts
Annual jointly organized event of about 100 galleries, art spaces, museums and cultural centers during a week in the month of September, offering guided visits, conferences and diverse art-related activities.
